2. Use of Site

The site offers jewelry and accessories for personal enjoyment. Brillyna reserves the right to modify or discontinue any content at any time.

3. Orders and Pricing

All orders are subject to availability. Pricing and descriptions may change without notice. The final price will be displayed at checkout.

4. Digital Information Products

Digital products include downloadable guides and styling tips. Delivery is instant upon payment. All digital products are nonrefundable due to instantaneous access, except when defective. If you encounter a defective file, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.

5. Goods (Physical Jewelry & Accessories)

For physical items, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate a request, contact us via Contact Form. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

6. Services

Services include custom design, personal styling sessions, and consultations. Custom design services are made to order and therefore nonrefundable due to the time and materials committed. However, you may transfer a scheduled session by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance via Contact Form. Transferred sessions must be used within 60 days of the original date.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided “as is.” Brillyna makes no warranties, express or implied, except as expressly stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

Brillyna is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
